The daily ramblings of the EA SPORTS World Live Production Team.

Brought to you today by Fizzy Lifting Drinks.

Can We Just Press Fast Forward

The insane talent that belongs to the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics makes us wish we could just press fast forward and move ahead to a rematch in this year's championship.  We're all big NBA fans, but even we're bored.  We know it will be these two teams in the finals again, so can we just get it over with?

On a different note, Jason and Rob are all dolled-up today because we doing some video shoots.  Look for those to appear in a video coming soon.  We're not sure what to expect from guys who have "faces for radio."

Water Cooler Report

We love college basketball around here.  And it was fun to see Michigan pull what some are calling an upset yesterday.  But what we love even more is that you can actually lose a game, or two, or 6, and still wind up champion at the end of the year.  It's so much nicer than college football where you are pretty much hosed if that happens to you.

There are not too many people you'll find who support to the BCS, and we understand why.  But, when you look at college basketball it is even harder to fathom the difference between the two.  But, as you know, money rules all.

Hot Links Header

The leaderboards for weeks one and two are now posted.  Check them out to see if you or your friends have qualified.
Check out this week's simulation results and listen to Jason and Rob break down some of the biggest games of the week!
The latest edition from the ice will be coming your way a little later today.  Be sure to check it out!
Jason tracked this video down.  And while we don't support anyone over-drinking in any way, it's a pretty impressive video.

Suddenly Susan is dumb. Despratley seeking Susan is where it's at! LOL!!!! And my hometown Celtics will repeat as champions this year. 11-2 and already faced teams we will see in the playoffs. They have the toughest NBA schedule by far.

I'll man up twice here....
- I like the BCS more than a playoff (though I prefer the old bowl system most)
- The answer to the trivia question is Brooke Shields.
