Teams: The league will consist of 16 teams. 3 teams will be run by EA employees (Raczilla, Dewiel, & EAcrazylegs), 3 teams will be run by EA Community leaders (Shopmaster from MaddenWars.com, Pasta Padre from PastaPadre.com, and Quietcool72 from Consolesports.net), and finally 10 teams will be run by EA SPORTS World Community Members.

Draft: The draft will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 @ 7pm EDT.

Schedule: After the teams are drafted, the league schedule will be put together and posted on EA SPORTS World on Saturday, August 30, 2008.

Length of League: The league will consist of a full NFL season with one game being played each week.

Trade Deadline: The trade deadline in the NFL usually takes place around the middle of October, so we will follow the same date.

Playoffs: The playoffs will begin the same week as the NFL playoffs, but will only feature 8 teams instead of 16. We will take the top 8 teams regardless of divisions so that the best teams make the playoffs. In the end, a team could win their division and not make the playoffs.

Championship: The championship will take place the week before the Super Bowl.

Performance Tracking: League members will be asked to post a weekly recap on EA SPORTS World along with video highlights of their games to share with the rest of the community.
