NHL-09 Program Flaws

Hello, I would like to know how to write to a EAS rep. I have been playing NHL-08 with my son for a year and we just got the new NHL-09 version and have noticed some problems with the programing. Example, on 3 seperate occasions a slap shot that just went wide of the net and hit the back boards was recorded as a goal...even the reply highlight showed it missing. Also, you can not select a defense men as fast as you could in 08, by the time the rush is upon you it's to late to get the defense men you wanted. Also, when starting out in your own zone and selecting a new line you see them do the change...you work your way into the opposing zone all the way down by the goalie and then you see your team on the other side of the blue line again while you have possession. What the heck ? Also, when you try giving a guy a hip check it always like a full blown cross check. They still haven't addressed the fact that when you do lay a guy out in your zone...he still gets up and has possession of the puck while your trying like hell to get the loose puck while he is down!

I am stuck in the trees in Sun City, hole 11, TW09. I have tried everything, but it is impossible to make it onto the green from here. How do I do it, or how do I get the "Confidence Trainer" to give up on that hole?

i made a little mistake. i have an ea-id and a ps 3 id. the ea-id i made earlyer. than i started to play nhl 09 with my ps3 id and used the same e-mail adress as int the ea -id , and also the same password. but i can play only withe the ps3-id. can i delete the ea account? if i change the "persona" it dont works...i can play only with the ps3 id. ore is it possible to change the password? i know ....my english i not really good .-)

In online play in nhl 09. It's not showing me as ranked????

Hi. Im having a problem with my PERSONA. Im trying to upload cars on NASCAR 09 and it says I need to link my persona to a console. How do I set it to Xbox 360?

I have TW 09 and haven't had any problems loading game faces for me and friends...but for some reason it keeps deleting players. I have a total of 3 game faces and unique players that I want to keep on the game. For some reason every time I start to play the game again...all but 1 of the profiles is gone. I am the primary user/player...so at the least I'd like mine to be the one that stays...but twice now my player has been deleted. Why is this?
