Did you guys see the U.S. Men's Basketball Team play China on Sunday?  It's supposedly the most watched basketball game in television history.  Yao's 3 pt. shot to open up the game was fitting since the games take place in Bejing this year.  It was an entertaining half of basketball, but eventually the depth of the U.S. team was too much for China.

I'm really interested in the other games as well.  I wish NBC would've shown Spain vs. Greece yesterday.  I'm curious to see how the other teams play and how different their styles are.  I really like the feeling of international basketball.  It has that "global" feel to it.

This excitement has me playing the FIBA mode, in our NBA LIVE 09 build, like crazy right now.  With the new FIBA rules and court implemented, it'll definitely give you that international feeling when playing.  I heard some new names from China and wanted to get a glimpse of that new Chinese PG that the Lakers just signed so I fired it and played with China.

I really hope you guys like FIBA this year.  Let me know your thoughts about the FIBA mode in NBA LIVE 09, but check out our FIBA Sizzle video for a sneak peek at what your national team will look like in NBA LIVE 09 this year.

I watched it bro and it was a pretty good game to watch. Chin kept it tight for a while but the US is way 2 athletic. They will take gold for that reason. Plus you have to consider how these cats have been actually traing and practicing this over the past 4 years. It may get ugly sports fans
