In my offline dynassty, as well as online dynasties when I'm not a commissioner, the players' attributes will increase as the season progresses.  As a commissioner, this isn't happening.  Obviously, this can leave the commish with a huge disadvantage as the online dynasty goes on.

Any ideas?
