Why Don't Online Games Count Anymore?

Kind of makes the interest in this game disappear quickly. F.u.c.k.i.n.g dumbazzes at EA are going to lose a bunch of sales for Christmas. The game is ruined without online stats and online games counting.
Moving on to an online game.

My stats never did count!! IÂ´ve register myself in the game menu and on the site, made my avatar and everything, and even sent 2 or 3 e-mails to the EA, and still canÂ´t seeme to work out whats wrong!! ItÂ´s kind of stupid...if you already know something that can help me, please do so!! Thanks
