Does anyone know how to fix my Fifa Avatar?

For some reason it wont show my avatar on fifa or keep track of my stats on this site. Is there something that I have to do to make them work together? If anyone could explain what i may have to do please help me.

I would start again, make sure you use your PSN login details and a when making the avatar make sure you are in the Fifa section.
