How the F*** do i upload a photo this this amazingly poor designed and broken site? so i can use it in EA sports games?

Hate EA so much.

how do i load a picture of myself that i already downloaded to my computer so it works on my ps3?

Just figured it out myself. You've got to add the Photo Game Face WIDGET for the game to which you're trying to upload your photo.
