get your stick up thats the biggest thing you can do to help out your game. Also all the best players are lab rats you have to spend some time in the practice mode working on stuff user catching to just executing plays to perfection. that's the biggest difference between the elite players and the nobodys is excicution and being able to user catch on offense on defense. hope what i told you helps you out, GOOD LUCK
